This Meditation Workshop will offer campers an introduction to meditation and its benefits. As a group you’ll explore different methods of meditation and practical ways to integrate mindful meditation into your daily lives. On completion of this workshop you will have the tools to move towards managing stress, improving productivity and making more effective decisions
